Responsibilities
- Advise on UI/UX best practices and standards at Vanta.
- Build, maintain, and update shared UI components for consistency.
- Educate engineers on UX standards and Design System guidance.
- Support product teams by building new shared patterns or updating guidance.
- Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects.
- Lead key technical decisions for product teams.
- Rally cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.
- Address product, technical, and operational challenges with solutions.
- Serve as a cultural leader and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Over 9 years of industry experience with expertise in technical areas.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Mastery in system design and software architecture.
- Extensive experience building tooling for user-facing experiences.
- Expertise in debugging and supporting frontend platform tooling.
- Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical decisions.
