Responsibilities
- Lead development, configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions.
- Develop server-side plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
- Build and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps with responsive user interfaces.
- Create integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs, or middleware.
- Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, and calculated fields.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Maintain Dataverse environments in accordance with government security compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related experience, or four additional years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- Experience developing with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Experience using Dynamics 365 and Power BI analytics and reporting to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Current US citizenship.
