Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ environments, including custom rules, workflows, connectors, integrations, and JML lifecycle logic.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain IAM processes, policies, standards, RBAC workflows, and access certification processes.
- Manage the full IAM system lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Exchange, and related identity systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR teams to improve synchronization and provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the IAM program.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience, including advanced rules, workflows, connectors, XML, and BeanShell customization.
- Strong Java programming skills and experience designing, building, deploying, and optimizing IAM or software solutions.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Exchange, and Workday.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, REST and SOAP APIs, SAML, and SCIM.
- Understanding of IAM platforms and tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, PKI authentication, and Java/J2EE development.
- Preferred broader software engineering or IAM experience of 4–5+ years.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins and Ansible and certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
