Responsibilities

  • Develop automation scripts and framework libraries for UI and API testing.
  • Define test plans and test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
  • Drive in-sprint automation and promote automation best practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis, manage fix/retest cycles, and obtain sign-off.
  • Produce test reports communicating delivery health to stakeholders.
  • Review runbooks and mitigate rollout risk.
  • Collaborate with QA, development, product, and global cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot Linux, container, virtualization, and storage environments.
  • Mentor team members on technical and domain-related questions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the eCommerce QA team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated QA delivery experience for front-office trading systems.
  • Strong experience in the investment banking markets technology domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UI and API test automation.
  • Strong Java programming skills.
  • Expertise with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for UI automation.
  • Experience developing stubs and drivers.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Hands-on experience with CI tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
  • Active contribution to Cucumber automation frameworks.
  • Experience with ALM, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, and Splunk.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Single Dealer Platforms, FX, and local markets is nice to have.
