Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on user-facing product experiences for AI-powered collaborative workflows
- Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- Work with design and customers to translate complex enterprise workflows into simple interfaces
- Build document generation, synthesis, and review experiences on top of LLM infrastructure
- Develop integrations and data surfaces connecting Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint
- Improve product quality through instrumentation, experimentation, and user feedback loops
Requirements
- 4+ years of post-BS/MS software engineering experience on product-centric teams
- Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning software engineering skills
- Track record of shipping user-facing features in fast-growing SaaS products
- Ability to build polished user interfaces and wire up the supporting APIs and data layer
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge
- Experience working closely with design and making independent product judgment calls
- Early-stage startup experience is a plus
