- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for the global SAP Cloud for Customer platform.
- Lead and develop a small team, mentor team members, and coordinate technical activities across teams and stakeholders.
- Design SAP C4C customizations and extensions using SAP Cloud Application Studio, including custom business objects, workflows, scripts, and UI adaptations.
- Architect integrations between SAP C4C, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI, and third-party applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical designs.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues involving custom developments, integrations, and data flows.
- Provide architectural oversight for SAP C4C releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise software development, SAP CRM/C4C solutions, or related SAP cloud technologies.
- Long-term experience designing, supporting, and evolving a mission-critical enterprise system.
- Proven team leadership experience with responsibility for managing direct reports.
- Advanced expertise in SAP Cloud for Customer architecture, configuration, and extensibility.
- Strong enterprise integration expertise involving SAP CPI, REST/SOAP APIs, OData services, and cloud integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of enterprise CRM processes, including sales, service, customer master data, and customer engagement workflows.
- Experience architecting and supporting global, multi-region SAP environments.
- Ability to independently design and evaluate software architecture solutions using advanced theoretical and practical knowledge.
