Responsibilities
- Participate in code reviews and architecture design meetings, incorporating AI-assisted insights and tooling.
- Own and drive end-to-end features in collaboration with Product and Design.
- Develop high-quality, mission-critical software with strong performance and quality standards.
- Validate AI-generated code outputs and use copilots, automation, and intelligent systems to improve developer productivity.
- Work with open source technologies and AI-enabled development platforms.
- Collaborate with teammates and receive mentorship in traditional and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, or coding boot camp experience.
- Professional software development internship experience.
- Experience with at least one managed language such as Java, Scala, or Go.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI-assisted development tools, code generation, and automation workflows.
- Interest in emerging AI-driven software engineering practices and solving novel customer problems.
