Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives and solutions architects to integrate and deploy machine learning solutions successfully.
- Build and present customer demonstrations and proofs of concept for AI technology.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs.
- Contribute features and bug fixes to the internal machine learning platform.
- Integrate and enable new machine learning models in the platform or customer environments.
- Optimize the performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications.
- Work with partners to enable joint AI solutions and support seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Strong coding skills, preferably including Python proficiency.
- Ability to lead and execute complex technical projects focused on customer success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning machine learning models, including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback or RFT, is preferred.
- Understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and enterprise infrastructure is preferred.
