Responsibilities

  • Map and document current and emerging business workflows, including manual steps, rework, maturity, challenges, and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
  • Prioritize AI workflow use cases with stakeholders based on business value, feasibility, risk, scalability, and strategic alignment.
  • Design and build workflow solutions, copilots, AI agents, automations, dashboards, and knowledge-management solutions using Microsoft tools.
  • Develop prototypes, prompts, agent instructions, workflow logic, testing scripts, documentation, user guides, demos, and training materials.
  • Test AI and automation outputs for accuracy, usability, compliance alignment, and fit for purpose in a regulated environment.
  • Support adoption and change management through training, quick-start guides, office hours, and structured feedback collection.
  • Track usage, adoption, feedback, and productivity impact to inform iteration, scaling, and future capability planning.
  • Maintain documentation of requirements, assumptions, design decisions, governance considerations, and lessons learned.
  • Explore AI-enabled improvements across business excellence, insights, planning, forecasting, learning, customer engagement, and decision support.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in business, life sciences, health sciences, data analytics, computer science, engineering, digital innovation, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, workflow automation, digital transformation, commercial strategy, or healthcare innovation.
  • Comfort learning new digital tools and translating business problems into structured workflow designs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and compliance expectations in regulated environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, user testing, dashboarding, or workflow documentation.
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, automation logic, or data visualization.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, commercialization, marketing, analytics, or customer engagement is an asset.
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms, retrieval-based knowledge systems, workflow automation, user-centric digital solutions, process improvement, or data-driven decision-support tools is desirable.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, slide-ready summaries, and practical user-enablement materials.
