Base Salary

$196k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Improve client device experiences for receiving notifications and tailoring notification preferences.
Build the platform that enables all other teams to send delightful notifications.
Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers to optimize global notification signals.
Maintain a high quality bar for the platform’s operational health and client performance.
Work with Product and Design leads to find solutions that balance delight, speed, and impact.

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Experience in teams operating complex infrastructure or unique product needs.
Eager to learn new languages and frameworks, comfortable working across the full stack.
Experience in teams with clear metrics goals and a measurable positive impact on customers.
Strong product sense with attention to detail in user experience.
Motivated to help team members succeed and grow through empathetic feedback.
Expertise in Python, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, or other relevant languages.
