Product Stability Test Engineer
Bosch GlobalResponsibilities
- Perform manual and automated mobile handset and product stability testing.
- Develop and maintain test harnesses for product testing and automation.
- Execute regression, stability, reliability, stress, and soak testing.
- Use QC tools for test execution, defect tracking, and analysis.
- Analyze test failures and support root-cause analysis.
- Document test results, defects, and test reports.
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to identify and resolve issues.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in product testing or mobile handset testing.
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing, test harnesses, QC tools, and defect management.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge, such as Python.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred experience with Android or mobile device testing, ADB, log analysis, stability, stress, soak, regression testing, JIRA, and test automation frameworks.
