Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous, conversational, and task-oriented AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and/or the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation, memory, reasoning, planning, and agent-to-agent communication capabilities.
- Deploy and operate scalable AI systems across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with Argo Workflows and Argo CD and expose AI capabilities through performant APIs.
- Train, fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate custom AI models using TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Work with text, image, time-series, and graph-structured data and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping AI systems to real users and handling reliability challenges.
- Strong understanding of reliable agentic AI system design.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid Python engineering skills and experience working in a Git-based collaborative codebase.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in real deployment contexts.
- Preferred: 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field such as data engineering, MLOps, or applied research.
- Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Ollama, vLLM, RAG, MRP, A2A protocols, Argo Workflows, Argo CD, TensorFlow, PyTorch, knowledge graphs, semantic web technologies, or prompt engineering.
