Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and operate a highly scalable AI platform.
- Solve concurrency, performance, and distributed systems problems.
- Maintain data security, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive innovation.
- Participate in solutions across the stack and mentor team members.
- Interact with customer-facing issues to understand their perspective.
- Contribute to agile engineering practices and help hire new team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and architecting large-scale distributed services.
- Proficiency in Python and willingness to learn Rust.
- Experience with cloud ecosystems like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and distributed DBMSes like Postgresql or ElasticSearch.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals and good coding practices.
- Working knowledge of GNU/Linux.
