Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of Fastpath Assure connector integrations across NetSuite, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud, from architecture and design through development, testing, and maintenance.
- Drive the technology and implementation roadmap for NetSuite and Oracle connector development with product management and engineering leadership.
- Develop and maintain data extraction logic, scripts, and integration components for security data import, audit-trail change tracking, and Fastpath Assure integration.
- Design and tune SuiteScript queries, saved searches, and extraction strategies to retrieve user, role, and access data across NetSuite configurations and Oracle environments.
- Apply NetSuite and Oracle security-framework expertise to accurately capture and represent access and risk data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot customer-environment issues, and communicate technical decisions.
- Use AI-driven development tools and coding agents to improve delivery and engineering productivity.
- Provide technical mentorship and contribute to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Help create customer content and present webinars and sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least five years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, plus Oracle E-Business Suite development and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with the NetSuite data model, saved searches, custom record architecture, the Oracle EBS APPS schema, and FND_* foundation tables.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite security constructs and familiarity with Oracle EBS security frameworks, RBAC, grants, profile options, and Multi-Org Access Control.
- Ability to own and drive a technical product or integration from initial design through production delivery with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for translating complex NetSuite and Oracle EBS concepts to engineering, product, and customer audiences.
- Preferred experience using AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
- Preferred additional development experience with C# .NET or JavaScript.
- Preferred familiarity with Oracle GRC, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, Oracle Access Governance, Segregation of Duties analysis, or identity and access management solutions.
- Preferred exposure to Oracle General Ledger concepts and Oracle Workflow tables.
