Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React components, page templates, design-system elements, and front-end functionality for global marketing websites.
- Build and document a reusable component library using React, shadcn/ui, Radix UI primitives, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook.
- Implement Next.js layouts, client-side interactions, dynamic routing, responsive behavior, and production-ready interfaces from Figma designs.
- Integrate Sanity CMS content models, GROQ queries, and APIs to render structured, dynamic content.
- Implement analytics, event tracking, personalization, A/B testing, chatbot interfaces, consent management, forms, and CRM or marketing-automation integrations.
- Own WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, including semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, focus management, ARIA, and color contrast.
- Optimize client-side performance, Core Web Vitals, bundle size, lazy loading, image loading, code splitting, and rendering efficiency.
- Support SEO, AEO/GEO, multilingual and localization requirements, visual regression testing, cross-browser QA, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, code reviews, deployment, and controlled release processes.
- Document component standards, design-system patterns, architecture decisions, and development guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional front-end web development experience.
- At least 3 years of advanced React experience, including hooks, context, composition patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
- At least 2 years of Next.js experience, including App Router, client/server components, dynamic routing, SSR/SSG, and image optimization.
- At least 2 years of Tailwind CSS experience, including custom configuration, design tokens, responsive utilities, and utility-first architecture at scale.
- Strong production experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems, including component APIs, variants, composition, and documentation.
- Experience with Storybook, Figma-to-code implementation, responsive design, web accessibility, Core Web Vitals, API-driven content, and headless CMS platforms.
- Experience implementing analytics and event tracking, cross-browser and cross-device testing, Git-based development, code review, release processes, and agile workflows.
- Required experience with B2B, SaaS, global, multilingual, or enterprise marketing websites.
- Preferred experience with shadcn/ui, Sanity CMS and GROQ, Optimizely, internationalization, RTL support, Framer Motion, analytics tag management, Qualified, consent-management interfaces, and AI-enabled development tools.
- Strong attention to detail, visual precision, problem-solving ability, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
