Responsibilities
- Write elegant, efficient, and testable Ruby code.
- Cover code with tests and perform manual testing of features.
- Continuously improve team processes and communicate progress.
- Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Design, develop, document, and modify computer or cloud-based systems.
- Lead technical initiatives and drive improvements to the codebase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with big data databases like ClickHouse or Apache Cassandra is a plus.
- Frontend experience with JavaScript and Hotwire.
- Strong knowledge of OOP and automated software testing methodologies.
- Interest or experience in AI/ML integrations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
