Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions using out-of-the-box components and best practices.
- Deliver scalable solutions across Vlocity CPQ/EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes.
- Perform systems analysis and solution design by translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
- Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using project management tools and methodologies.
- Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
- Support UI configuration and troubleshooting using JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement and consume REST API integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs and communicate through emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
Requirements
- Four years of experience as a Salesforce Vlocity Developer.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities.
- Experience with Vlocity CPQ/EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, Policy Management, CRM, and Order Management processes.
- Ability to perform systems analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Ability to read and understand JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS for UI configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing and consuming REST APIs; SOAP API knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
