Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions using out-of-the-box components and best practices.
- Deliver solutions across Vlocity CPQ/EPC, Quote-to-Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes.
- Perform systems analysis and solution design by translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
- Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery.
- Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
- Use front-end technologies for UI configuration and troubleshooting.
- Implement and consume REST API integrations, with SOAP API knowledge as an advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.
- Communicate through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in Vlocity development and Salesforce implementation.
- Strong experience with Vlocity CPQ/EPC.
- Understanding of industry-specific CRM architectures, especially in telecom, media, energy, and utilities.
- Ability to read and understand JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs; SOAP API knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze systems, design solutions, document implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
