Base Salary
$168k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation for single sign-on, phishing-resistant authentication, and joiner, mover, and leaver access.
- Configure, monitor, and improve mobile device management, endpoint detection and response, and SaaS security controls.
- Develop agents and code to identify and remediate misconfigurations and excess access across corporate systems.
- Triage corporate security requests and events, participate in on-call rotation, and address root causes.
- Partner with IT, engineering, and business owners to onboard SaaS tools and AI integrations securely.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain runbooks, and support security champions and new teammates.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating corporate identity, endpoint, or SaaS security controls at an organization with more than 1,000 users.
- Hands-on experience with identity platforms and protocols such as Okta, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Experience securing macOS and mobile devices using MDM, EDR, and tools such as Santa.
- Proficiency in Python or Golang and experience building automation that detects risk or accelerates response.
- Hands-on experience delivering production or open source software through agentic development.
- Familiarity with zero trust access, SASE, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Evidence of experimenting with, building, and staying current on open source and new security tools.
- Clear communication of security risks and tradeoffs and experience influencing teams without formal authority.
