Responsibilities
- Own the next-generation Search engine, integrating LLMs and deep personalization embeddings.
- Design and productionize natural language search and discovery systems.
- Lead model development and GPU-based deployment efforts.
- Mentor and grow senior Applied Scientists and MLEs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building large-scale ML systems, including 3+ years in search or recommendation.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries like PyTorch.
- Strong track record of productionizing models that blend LLMs with structured features.
- Product-focused mindset with a bias toward execution.
- Strong Python skills and experience in high-stakes environments.
