Responsibilities
- Build and harden the infrastructure powering OpenEvidence’s medical AI platform.
- Improve systemic health, performance, and efficiency across services and data platforms.
- Reduce operational toil and strengthen observability.
- Define robust service objectives.
- Own and deliver high-impact work across products and projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale mission-critical infrastructure and services.
- Strong SRE mindset focused on systemic health, performance, efficiency, observability, toil reduction, and service objectives.
- Exceptional builder who is autonomous, precise, ambitious, scrappy, motivated, hard-working, and low-ego.
- Willingness to work across products and projects and take end-to-end ownership of impactful work.
- Ability to work in person five days per week in San Francisco or Miami.
