Responsibilities
- Independently monitor, investigate, and resolve issues across critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly and minimize system downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a future knowledge base.
- Improve system monitoring and alerting processes to enhance reliability.
- Apply incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
- Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance on complex issues.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to application support.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and automate routine tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and their effect on application performance and availability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
