Enterprise Services AI Agent Engineer Project Intern (Corporate Service System - Global Travel) - 2026 Start（BS/MS）
ByteDanceResponsibilities
- Contribute to backend services and the AI Agent runtime with emphasis on code quality, maintainability, performance, and stability.
- Integrate internal enterprise systems into AI agents using Tools, MCP, CLI, and A2A.
- Participate in code reviews and follow team coding standards and architectural conventions.
- Write technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Support AI-driven feature development, evaluation, and validation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Available to start the internship immediately, ideally within one week.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems with strong coding habits.
- Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience in AI agent architectural patterns such as reasoning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and genuine interest in the agent engineering ecosystem.
- Preferred: experience building an AI product, agent, or application for real-world users and articulating its positioning, technology choices, user scale, and iteration process.
- Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, prompt engineering, harness engineering, context management, and evaluation.
