Responsibilities
- Understand corporate service scenarios and deliver end-to-end full-stack features from implementation and testing through release, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Build intuitive, highly available, high-performance web applications that simplify business workflows and make AI capabilities accessible and reliable.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, service logic, data flows, and system integrations using Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
- Contribute to AI-native business systems, AI Agent capabilities, AI Coding solutions, and workflows connecting requirements, coding, validation, and delivery.
- Improve frontend and full-stack infrastructure and developer tooling to increase engineering efficiency, code quality, and system stability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend, backend, and AI engineers to deliver complete product solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and eligible for the 2027 campus hiring program.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with hands-on experience using TypeScript and React.
- Familiarity with component design, state management, build tooling, and modular frontend application development.
- Hands-on backend project experience with at least one of Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
- Ability to independently develop backend APIs, implement business logic, integrate services, and troubleshoot across system boundaries.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and ability to design, implement, test, and maintain complete full-stack features.
- Experience with an AI-related project, research project, internship, or independently developed application.
- Strong logical thinking, independent problem-solving, English communication, and collaborative working abilities.
- Preferred experience includes end-to-end full-stack application ownership through internships, academic work, open-source work, or personal projects.
- Preferred qualifications include backend service development, AI-powered applications, Agent-based products, AI Coding tools, developer productivity solutions, Redux, Webpack, monorepos, performance improvement, engineering efficiency, system stability, or developer experience work.
