Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for complex projects.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and drive technical decisions, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
- Design and build cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform and develop BigQuery solutions for analytics and data processing.
- Develop Python backend applications and REST APIs using FastAPI, integrating them with databases, cloud services, external platforms, and AI models.
- Design and implement AI-powered applications, Generative AI solutions, AI-driven workflows, and automation capabilities using OpenAI APIs and other LLMs.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and software delivery activities through production support.
- Implement security, monitoring, access management, testing, deployment, release management, and performance optimization practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory spoken and written Swedish proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Python, FastAPI, OpenAI API integration, and Generative AI solution design and implementation.
- Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, AI agents, workflow automation, cloud security, IAM, CI/CD, automated testing, data platforms, monitoring and observability, database design, technical roadmaps, and code reviews.
- GCP or AI/Generative AI certifications and experience with hybrid and distributed teams are preferred.
