Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers while promoting engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Design and architect scalable, secure, high-performance multi-tenant services with cross-functional stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for technical improvement.
Use AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, and RDS to build and optimize cloud-based solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Lead feature planning, execution, and delivery within scope and schedule.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer.
Strong expertise in a server-side language such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
Hands-on API development experience using TypeScript and preferably Express.
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud computing concepts.
Experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ability to build and deploy applications in a containerized environment.
Track record of delivering high-performance, scalable platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and mentor developers, with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code, such as AWS CloudFormation, is advantageous.
Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
