Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI solutions for the global ECM team from prototype through production.
- Build Copilot agents, declarative agents, and custom copilots on Microsoft 365.
- Implement RAG over document repositories, including chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, grounding, citation quality, and answer evaluation.
- Run workshops with business stakeholders, assess AI suitability, define success metrics, design solutions, and provide handover and support.
- Build document-processing pipelines for classification, metadata extraction, summarization, and validation of technical documents, transmittals, and drawings.
- Integrate AI services with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration systems, and third-party platforms through APIs, connectors, and Microsoft Graph.
- Handle prompt and model evaluation, testing, release closure, documentation, handover, and cost and consumption transparency.
- Monitor solution quality, drift, and user feedback, and iteratively improve delivered AI solutions.
- Apply responsible AI practices including data protection, permission-trimmed grounding, sensitivity labels, human review, and auditability.
Requirements
- B.Tech, B.E., or MCA qualification.
- 3–5 years of work experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, function and tool calling, agent orchestration, and output-quality evaluation.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Document Intelligence, AI Search, Copilot Studio, declarative agents, and Microsoft Graph connectors.
- Programming experience with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
- Experience with React, SharePoint Online, Graph API, Power Automate, Power Platform, REST APIs, MCPs, and JSON.
- Requirements engineering, software design, and architecture fundamentals, including workshops, solution design, implementation, handover, and support.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, MLOps or LLMOps, prompt and index versioning, monitoring, telemetry, and cost control.
- Preferred experience with Java, DOXIS, document-management systems, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise data governance.
- Familiarity with responsible AI and EU AI Act requirements.
- Business English sufficient for customer workshops, meetings, documentation, and specifications.
