Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy custom AI solutions, distributed training systems, inference optimizations, and MLOps pipelines on NeoCloud platforms and NVIDIA Cloud Partners.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for internal and external customers and partners, guiding engagements and resolving complex production problems.
  • Collaborate with teams developing infrastructure software and accelerated frameworks for AI applications.
  • Profile and tune large-scale training and inference workloads to reduce latency, cost, and operational risk.
  • Develop open-source tools and reference architectures for managing machine learning and AI workloads at scale.
  • Support LLM performance evaluation and new hardware integration in open-source frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, computer/electrical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of technical experience in data science, data engineering, ML engineering, or similar roles focused on large-scale production systems.
  • AI/ML experience spanning exploratory analysis through production systems.
  • Knowledge of Linux, batch schedulers, Kubernetes, distributed filesystems, and datacenter-scale networking.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills in Bash and Python, plus systems programming experience with C++, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience using machine learning or deep learning frameworks for training and inference.
  • Strong communication, technical presentation, architecture, trade-off, and recommendation skills.
  • Preferred experience includes open-source contributions, NVIDIA technologies, distributed training and inference frameworks, security-critical ML systems, cloud-native MLOps, and cross-layer performance troubleshooting.
