Base Salary
$165k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for team solutions alongside other senior engineers.
- Improve coding practices, team principles, and operating procedures through prior experience.
- Collaborate with product, design, and internal stakeholders, including gathering technical requirements.
- Author and support process and design documentation while modeling engineering best practices.
- Work primarily on backend and data-handling layers, with occasional front-end development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a code-contributing engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Multiple years of experience with one or more foundational backend technologies and databases.
- Demonstrated contributions to engineering culture and best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to act as a force multiplier.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
