Responsibilities
- Design and configure Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS Planning applications.
- Configure dimensions, metadata, forms, and business rules.
- Develop Calculation Manager rules and Groovy rules where appropriate.
- Configure Smart View.
- Build data integrations between EPM and source financial systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Perform performance optimization.
- Support testing, migration, and production deployment.
- Use AI tools to learn new technologies, write and debug business rules and Groovy scripts, build data mappings, and document work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Oracle Hyperion/EPM experience.
- Hands-on EPBCS or Oracle EPM Planning experience.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Essbase and Calculation Manager.
- Experience with Smart View.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Data Integration/Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency with at least three years of U.S. residency.
- Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential.
- Execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement and compliance with agency security rules and required cybersecurity and privacy training.
- Federal budgeting or federal financial systems exposure, Groovy scripting, and Oracle EPM certification or progress toward certification are preferred.
