Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM applications, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, scientific AI solutions, engineering copilots, and knowledge assistants.
  • Fine-tune and optimize foundation models and build embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance, hallucination rates, and business impact.
  • Develop production-quality AI systems and reusable APIs using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS.
  • Own AI product architecture, production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling.
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish engineering best practices, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of software engineering or machine learning experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on generative AI experience.
  • End-to-end understanding of technical architecture through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system design and software development life cycles.
  • Expertise in Python, LangGraph, Transformers, LLMs, and integrations.
  • Experience building production-grade, scalable AI systems.
  • Preferred experience with agentic evaluations, full-stack engineering, LangGraph, and Azure Cloud.
  • Semiconductor domain knowledge is preferred.
