Responsibilities
- Program, configure, customize, start up, troubleshoot, and commission DDC building automation systems.
- Create software programs and front-end graphics according to project specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Analyze system problems, perform diagnostics, resolve issues, and recommend enhancements to improve performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate customer training, provide technical support and direction, and complete project closeout documents.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers, contractors, engineers, fellow team members, end-users, Project Managers, and Engineering or Software Managers.
Requirements
- Expertise in Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation, Siemens building automation systems, or Johnson Controls systems.
- Experience providing high-quality programming in accordance with specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, contractors, engineers, and team members.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and support programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
