Base Salary
$169k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software architecture and software for phased-array testing.
- Automate test processes and data analysis.
- Lead software development teams across multiple software projects.
- Mentor early-career engineers and provide team leadership.
- Define software requirements based on product test requirements.
- Develop test plans and lead software integration efforts.
- Support production testing and lead troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with design engineering on hardware and test improvements.
- Maintain awareness of cost, schedule, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience, a master’s degree with 10 years of experience, or a PhD with 8 years of experience.
- Professional software development experience using C++, Python, or similar languages.
- Professional software architecture experience.
- Professional leadership experience leading software teams through development projects.
- Leadership experience through mentoring or team leadership.
- Experience with electrical or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Current active Secret clearance with Special Access Program access.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Preferred: software development experience with RF and antenna systems.
- Preferred: test software development experience in a nearfield or compact antenna range.
- Preferred: RF test or antenna test/range experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with RF and antenna theory.
- Preferred: professional software development experience using MATLAB.
