Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern LLM frameworks.
- Develop agentic workflows for business functions such as Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Build production-ready applications using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms like Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Evaluate and leverage foundation models based on use case requirements.
- Prototype solutions rapidly and iterate based on user feedback.
- Create reusable agent frameworks and deployment patterns.
- Implement observability and monitoring for AI applications in production.
- Optimize agent performance for latency, accuracy, and cost.
- Contribute to internal best practices around AI engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI application development.
- Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain and Google ADK.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Builder mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- 4–8 years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/LLM applications preferred.
