Responsibilities
- Serve as the quality leader for an entire domain and be accountable for the product quality.
- Actively track the domain’s quality tasks and define QA activities and ownership.
- Continuously analyze and challenge existing testing coverage.
- Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across the domain.
- Lead quality assurance efforts that align with product objectives.
- Implement and evolve QA processes for effective testing.
- Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to leverage automation.
- Plan and lead non-functional requirements (NFR) testing.
- Define guidelines and best practices for automation and manual testing.
- Coordinate cross-organizational testing activities.
Requirements
- 5 years of QA leadership experience as a team leader or manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA engineer with at least 4 years in automation.
- Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise software solutions.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Ability to define QA processes across development groups.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle using Agile processes.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and excellent work ethic.
