Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design intent-driven prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate AI-generated code for quality, safety, accuracy, and correctness.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems for trustworthy AI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails, observability practices, LLMOps, and model lifecycle management.
- Build AI-embedded applications and workflows using enterprise AI platforms and automation tools.
- Partner directly with clients and own the delivery of production AI systems focused on business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong AI-tool fluency across the full stack.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including the ability to validate AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps, model lifecycle management, guardrail implementation, AIOps observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Demonstrated production AI operations experience running LLMs and agents at scale.
- Full-stack AI delivery experience and the ability to work as a generalist builder.
- Strong contextual judgment, domain fluency, and business-outcome orientation.
