Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build capabilities, integrations, and workflows that help industries adopt Claude safely and at scale
- Design and operate systems that enable businesses building on Claude to price, package, and sell their products
- Build commercial rails and controls that support platform monetization
- Drive 0-to-1 initiatives from ideation through delivery
- Partner with product, design, research, and forward-deployed engineers
- Own products across design, development, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- At least 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer, along with some frontend experience
- Strong product sense and the technical ability to tackle a wide variety of challenges
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape and execute product strategy in new domains
- Familiarity with using AI tools in the software development process
- Ability to own work across design, build, deployment, operations, and product iteration
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent technical decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Benefits
- Annual compensation range of $405,000–$485,000 USD
