Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for designing, developing, testing, and deploying production-grade ML models and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and automated training and evaluation workflows.
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and influence the roadmap.
- Monitor, benchmark, and optimize production ML models for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, and prediction quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, and debugging.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and at least 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, 5 years of data structures and algorithms experience, 1 year in a technical leadership role, and experience developing accessible technologies.
