Responsibilities

Meet with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points.
Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer workflows.
Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable pipeline.
Build bespoke workflows for new user groups in collaboration with customers.
Lead training sessions to ensure product effectiveness and user adoption.
Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to executives.
Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to enhance product offerings.
Scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.

Ability to travel 25 – 75% as required by location and team.
Active US Security Clearance at or above the Top Secret level.
Experience with programming or statistical packages like Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and user empathy.
