Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications using APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve stability and user experience.
- Manage application releases and apply software deployment best practices.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide application configuration solutions.
- Troubleshoot application performance and stability issues.
- Support and guide junior team members.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions independently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow Integration Developer.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party application integrations.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot application performance and stability issues.
- Understanding of release management processes and software deployment practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
