Responsibilities
- Participate in co-creating and developing applications and IT systems tailored to client needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications while contributing to real project tasks.
- Work with high-level programming languages, modern technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies, best practices, and international standards.
- Collaborate with experienced developers and international teams.
- Develop technical knowledge and interpersonal and foreign-language communication skills.
Requirements
- Be an active and independent person with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Have initial experience with object-oriented programming languages, ideally Java or Python.
- Have experience in a similar role, such as through an internship.
- Be a student at least in the second year of relevant studies, or have entered IT through practical experience or completed courses.
- Communicate in German at a minimum B2 level and have a good command of English.
- Have interest in AI-assisted development, including GitHub Copilot or AI agents.
- Have a basic understanding of how LLMs work, where they may fail, and how to validate AI-generated output.
