Responsibilities
- Conduct technical studies and contribute to significant architecture decisions.
- Ensure consistency across application components, services, and data flows.
- Support developers in designing and implementing features.
- Perform and supervise code and architecture reviews.
- Promote development best practices, application security, automated testing, and software quality.
- Contribute directly to complex or sensitive development work.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents and implement performance improvements.
- Improve development practices and processes while mentoring team members.
- Challenge business needs and propose sustainable technical solutions.
- Help unite the team and advance its collective technical practices.
Requirements
- University or engineering-school education.
- At least seven years of software development experience.
- Confirmed full-stack experience with Java and Angular.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or Technical Expert.
- Experience with high-criticality web applications or systems supporting large user volumes is preferred.
- Strong technical and architectural analysis, communication, autonomy, initiative, teamwork, mentoring, and ownership skills.
- Knowledge of web accessibility principles and RGAA requirements.
- Ability to address application security, vulnerabilities, identity, authorization, data protection, and performance optimization.
