Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate applications with Large Language Models and enterprise services.
- Use front-end and server-side technologies to develop APIs and optimize AI applications.
- Refine, adapt, and fine-tune language models for specific domains and instructions.
- Analyze model outputs and performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Prepare and preprocess large datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document fine-tuning processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Troubleshoot model performance and deployment issues.
- Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Familiarity with large datasets and preprocessing methods for model training.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of domain adaptation methods.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for machine learning model development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
