Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Italian Speaking
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture, development, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design and ship Agentforce systems involving agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
- Resolve complex data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance issues in customer environments.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs, create reusable frameworks and playbooks, and codify implementation patterns for other engineers.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared implementation work.
- Provide technical leadership on at-risk or strategically important deployments and communicate field insights to Product and Engineering.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity with the others.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, including proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets such as frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks, multi-cloud enterprise AI architecture experience, product roadmap influence, and open-source, technical writing, or conference presentation experience.
