Responsibilities
- Design offensive-security tools and agentic workflows, including architecture, scope, safeguards, and stop rules.
- Operate workflows daily through scheduling, launching, monitoring, diagnosing agent drift, triaging false positives, and restoring service after incidents.
- Prototype and measure new capabilities, then decide what to industrialize or discontinue.
- Document design choices and the safeguards that were or were not implemented.
- Report vulnerabilities to remediation teams in directly actionable terms.
- Propose new security capabilities and help define part of the team’s roadmap.
Requirements
- Experienced penetration tester with application and infrastructure testing experience.
- Experience tracking vulnerabilities through remediation and distinguishing exploitable findings from scanner noise.
- Ability to specify what should be built, direct coding agents, review their output, and assess its quality.
- Practical experience orchestrating agentic workflows, monitoring them, diagnosing drift, and correcting them.
- Strong Red Team mindset, curiosity, persistence, autonomy, and sound technical judgment.
