Base Salary
$179k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to enable business and team scalability.
- Evolve the frontend build system, including bundlers and package management.
- Develop and scale the frontend testing strategy, covering various testing types.
- Maintain and evolve GraphQL tooling for scalability and reliability.
- Improve web performance and observability through monitoring and alerting.
- Plan and run modernization and migration initiatives using codemods and AI tooling.
- Collaborate with engineers to significantly impact customer security.
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining software services and infrastructure platforms.
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and React.
- Proficient in writing and testing performant web client code.
- Experience scaling platform systems.
- Experience writing codemods and migration automations.
- Empathy for developer experience and strong product sense for developer tooling.
