Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern frontend technologies.
- Design secure, resilient, and highly available architectures for distributed and event-driven systems.
- Build and optimize backend services, user interfaces, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Implement unit testing, contract testing, secure coding practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Manage technical risks, strengthen controls, and contribute to continuous improvement and technology communities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development using Angular, React JS, or React Native.
- Experience designing and developing event-driven systems and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services including AWS Lambda, ECS, GCP Cloud Run, or Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and software security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, or Jest and contract testing with Pact or Postman.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture, scalable system design, performance optimization, and fault tolerance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
