Base Salary
$154k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal web applications to support commercial operations.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex front-end systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Build and evolve shared UI components and establish accessibility standards.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services for secure authentication.
- Implement best practices for front-end development, including code reviews and testing.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to improve the software development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development focused on front-end technologies.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a major front-end framework.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and responsive design with accessibility experience.
- Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating with back-end engineers.
- Familiarity with front-end testing practices and tooling.
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization.
