Responsibilities
- Architect and influence ML training/serving systems and tooling.
- Drive adoption and reliability of ML systems across multiple teams.
- Improve efficiency in GPU utilization, training runtime, and serving latency.
- Write high-quality design documentation and run design reviews.
- Partner with cross-organizational teams on shared infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 9+ years of industry experience in Software / ML Infra Engineering.
- Strong background in distributed systems, data pipelines, and service design.
- Experience improving ML training/serving reliability at scale.
- Ability to reason about infrastructure tradeoffs affecting modeling velocity.
- Proven leadership in driving cross-team technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Comfortable mentoring engineers and enhancing engineering quality.
