Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain shared platform libraries and reusable components for applications, services, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build cross-functional features spanning backend services, frontend applications, and AI agent ecosystems.
- Define and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Improve developer productivity through local development environments, documentation, debugging tools, and engineering best practices.
- Prototype AI agents, user interfaces, forms, and mini-applications using vibecoding frameworks and reusable tooling.
- Support version control, environment promotion, release management, deployment validation, and production readiness reviews.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
- Hands-on backend and frontend development experience with technologies such as FastAPI, Next.js, React, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks such as pytest, Jest, and Playwright.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD practices, Kubernetes fundamentals, and cloud-native environments.
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM concepts, including agent architectures, prompt engineering, and external tool integration patterns.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production incident response capabilities.
- Experience with collaborative software development, modern version control, and DevOps practices.
- Platform engineering, developer productivity, or internal tooling experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, and modern application integration architectures is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills are desired.
