Responsibilities
- Lead large security projects, enhance system defenses, and advise cross-functional leaders on secure-by-design products and compliance.
- Integrate security guardrails into development processes, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and workflows, and support issue prioritization and remediation.
- Secure Suki’s AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud architecture using zero-trust principles and Cloud Security Posture Management.
- Secure Kubernetes clusters, container registries, Terraform, and CloudFormation within deployment pipelines.
- Develop security tooling, automation, and critical integrations, including agentic AI-enabled solutions.
- Assess and red-team AI/ML models, LLMs, and data pipelines for prompt injection, data poisoning, training data extraction, and model inversion.
- Implement controls to prevent PHI exposure in model training, vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning datasets.
- Design and enforce micro-segmentation, VPC architecture, SASE/VPN solutions, network isolation, and egress/ingress monitoring.
- Manage cloud firewalls, ZTNA, IDS/IPS, WAF, logging, and alerting controls.
- Mentor junior team members and lead technical security discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in information security.
- 1+ year evaluating and remediating AI risk.
- Hands-on experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure environments with automated tools and native security services.
- Strong coding skills for secure tooling and automation, including use of agentic AI.
- Expertise in secure coding, API security, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST CSF, NIST, and foundational NIST AI RMF concepts in cloud environments; GCP is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership managing security projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for leading technical discussions.
